Starting with trading, the company has grown into plantations, and being a processing and a manufacturing company.

The company is a family owned, closely held company with the two managing partners being Kavita Dhingra and Prashant Dhingra,

Prashant was literally born into the rubber industry, in the rubber plantation hub – Ernakulam in Kerala. His association with this industry has been since birth and he has been involved in various facets of it for over 10 years.

His work experience includes working with trade leaders before he turned entrepreneur in the year 2006.

Kavita joined the family business in 2010. She heads the corporate communications division and the marketing division.

With Rubbertech Incorporation, the team has in swift strides of success, in just a little over a decade – the company has registered a turnover of over 100 crores and employs over 90 people. 

Our estate in Kerala is located in URULIKUNNAM and has a collective area of over 200 acres.
